("the Site") and the associated web app and CV Builder (collectively, "the Platform"), owned and operated by MASARVENTURES LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming ("the Company"), you (“User”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms").
These Terms govern your use of the Site, the web app, and the services provided by the Company, including the automation of job applications and CV builder services (collectively, "the Services"). Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using the Platform or the Services.

2. Services
The Site and the web app offer services that automate your job application process on job search and networking platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, Dice and ZipRecruiter.
We shall keep adding more platforms to our service and you will be notified each time a new platform is added to our service.
By using the Services, you understand, agree and acknowledge that the Company does not guarantee job offers, interviews, or any specific outcome from using the Services.
Your success in using the Services depends on various factors, including but not limited to, your qualifications, skills, experience, competency of other candidates, and the job market.
The web app is accessible to registered users and provides a streamlined version of the Services offered on the Site.
By using the web app, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge that the Company does not guarantee any specific outcomes or results from using the web app.
3. Changes
We reserve the right to add/discontinue any product or service anytime at our sole discretion. We shall provide you with a reasonable notice before we discontinue any product or service.
4. Eligibility
SaveTimeApply is strictly limited to parties who can lawfully enter into and form contracts on the Internet. By using or engaging with the website, you also acknowledge and agree that you are permitted by your jurisdiction’s applicable law to use and/or engage with the website.
You are required to comply with all the applicable laws of your jurisdiction and shall remain liable in case of any breach or violation of the same.

SaveTimeApply provides you with a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and utilize the Platform in strict compliance with the terms of this Agreement. These Terms & Conditions represent a contract between you and SaveTimeApply ("we," "our," or "us"), under which you are granted a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to accessand utilize the Platform in strict compliance with the terms of this Agreement.
The license granted to you is revocable solely at SaveTimeApply’s discretion, provided that;
a. You are found to be in breach of this Agreement;
b. You are found to be in breach of any laws applicable on you based on the jurisdiction that you reside in; or
c. You become insolvent or bankrupt, or take any action for the purpose of entering into winding-up, dissolution, bankruptcy, or reorganization under similar proceedings analogous in purpose or effect thereto, or any such action has been instituted against you by a third-party.
6. Decisions
You understand and agree that you are solely responsible for your own decisions and actions in using the Services, and that the Company and the Site are not liable to you in any way for the results you achieve or fail to achieve through the use of the Services.
Your use of the Services should be based on your own due diligence and evaluation of the potential benefits and risks.
We may also recommend you certain products based on a quiz that is designed to determine your specific requirements to provide you tailored results for our service.
However, you agree and acknowledge that such recommendation may not be construed as strict advice and alldecisions made by you shall solely be attributable to you and we shall not accept any liability in respect thereto.

Promotional codes cannot be used on past purchases.
Promotional codes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.

You may sign-up using your contact information of your Google account who is our Authentication partner, however please note that if you sign-up using our Authentication partner, the safety from breach of your user account shall entirely depend upon the safety of your Google account.

· SaveTimeApply will not access your Google account for any other purpose without your express consent.

If you open an account, register, or otherwise provide us with any information, you agree to provide us with current, complete, and accurate information as requested by us.
SaveTimeApply is not responsible for any errors or delays in responding to any inquiry or request caused by any outdated or incorrect information provided by you or any technical problems beyond the control of SaveTimeApply.
You acknowledge and agree that any login, identifier, or password issued in connection with this Site (each a "Password") is confidential information and must be kept secure.

SaveTimeApply is not liable for any delays caused by circumstances beyond SaveTimeApply’s control, e.g. general labor dispute, internet shutdowns, natural calamities, virus outbreaks, extreme weather, acts of war, fire, lightning, terrorist attacks, changed governmental orders, technical problems, defects in power- /tele-/computer communications or other communication and defects or delays in the service by sub-suppliers due to circumstances set forth above.
29. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions set forth the entire understanding and agreement between you and SaveTimeApply concerning the subject matter herein and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written concerning the Site.
A printed version of these Terms and Conditions and any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to these Terms and Conditions to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form.

In case of a dispute, you or us are required to provide the other party with a Notice of Dispute, which is a written statement containing the name, address, and contact information of the party submitting it, the facts that led to the dispute, and the requested relief.

32. Mandatory Arbitration
If you and us are unable to resolve any dispute through informal negotiation, any further attempts to resolve the dispute will be conducted exclusively through binding arbitration, as detailed in this section.
You hereby waive your right to litigate (or participate as aparty or class member) all disputes in court before a judge or jury.
The dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration following the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Either party may seek interim or preliminary injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect their rights or property while arbitration proceedings are pending.
The prevailing party shall be entitled to recover all legal, accounting, and other costs, fees, and expenses from the non-prevailing party.
33. Term and Termination
This agreement becomes effective the date that you first access the Site and remains effective until it is terminated consistent with its terms.
Violations of this agreement may result in the immediate termination of this agreement and denials or terminations of your access to the Site.
Such restrictions may be temporary or permanent. Upon termination, your right to use this Site shall be revoked.
All disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnities, and rights of ownership and licenses to SaveTimeApply shall survive any termination.
